Letter of invitation from the Saudi company. The letter must:
Be printed on the official form which facilitates the "Chamber of Commerce of Saudi Arabia"
Be legalized and sent by the "Chamber of Commerce of Saudi Arabia"
The seal of the inviting company in Saudi Arabia after printing. It may be a scanned color copy
Have an authorization from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia if the applicant is a woman
It is important that the letter is registered and sent by the Chamber of Commerce of Saudi Arabia to the Consulate of Saudi Arabia in Madrid for the record in the database of the consulate. The registration number of the company inviting Arabia must start 700, otherwise must attach a copy of the Commercial Register and a copy of the ID of the owner of the company in Arabia. If working visit (and not a business visit) as the reason for the visit indicated in the letter, you must attach a copy of the contract signed by the applicant company in Saudi Arabia. Or to be issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia.
