Citizens of countries not mentioned above need to apply for a visa to go to Ukraine.
To complete the formalities of visa should contact the Consular Section of the Ukrainian Embassy in Mexico. The Consular Section accepts the need for processing visas in the days of documentation to the public: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday - from 10.00 to 13.00, without an appointment.
Those who need a visa to Ukraine must submit a complete file with date and signature.
The passport must meet the following requirements:
be valid for at least 3 months after the declared output of Ukraine;
have at least two blank pages;
not be issued more than 10 years.
The normal processing time of visa is 16 days current rate schedules. Visas are also issued with urgent processing (3 days calendars) with emergency charging fees - double payment.
Applicants must submit the documents personally and also will be invited to an interview.
No amounts, credit cards, bank checks or payments through the Internet or ATM accept cash.
TANK MUST BE MADE THE SAME DAY OF PRESENTATION OF DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE CONSULAR SECTION. Payment is made only after consultation of a consular officer to submit all documents. No payments will be accepted with previous dates
